Go to O St. then
South on 21st
West on N St
North on 22nd to O St
Repeat process
Try Newport (east only 1 blk before O going North on 22nd)
Saturday Pkg is OK throughout the area -- you do not need "local zone" parking permit on that day.

It is also possible to look on New Hampshire, but most often the loops above will work with a few tries. Make sure to use meters on Saturday.
